Bloomerise Placements is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Intern. You will help source, screen, and interview job seekers. This role gives you hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes to match job descriptions.
• Call and message candidates to check interest and fit.
• Schedule interviews and send follow-ups.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports.

Requirements & Skills

• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Eagerness to learn about human resources and recruitment.
• Access to a laptop and stable internet connection.
