HR Recruiter (Senai)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Perform full spectrum of recruitment functions including candidate sourcing, interview arrangements and hiring procedures;
• Liaison with recruitment firm or newspaper agent for publish the job vacancy classified ad.
• To prepare, administer and updating records of administration work such as preparation of letter, employment contract, resigned administration, employees’ job confirmation, promotion, contract renewal & etc.
• Assist in shift schedule.
• Assist in monthly payroll / commission calculation
• Carry out employee performance evaluation or the appraisal of employee work results on staff confirmation, yearly appraisals or on a periodic basis.
• Responsible to manage employee conflicts, provide counselling to employee, hearing and resolving employee grievances and employee disciplinary issues.
• Maintain personnel and leave and claim records, and filing.
• Assist in event / training when needed.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Admin, Business Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Prefer candidate with 1-2 years' relevant experience in recruiting / HR / admin.
• Independent & fast learner.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate who able to start working with short notice will be added advantages.
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Mon - Fri (work in office) & Sat (work from home)
