HR Recruiter - Warehouse

About the role

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Lenskart's lab and production-related roles. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified lab talent to support current and future manpower needs. Partner with HR and Lab Operations to understand hiring requirements and deliver timely recruitment. Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for newly hired lab employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer and joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, agencies and other channels.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for recurring and urgent lab vacancies.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage pre-joining communication and documentation with selected candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new lab employees, ensuring they are properly inducted and ready to commence work.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, walk-in interviews and recruitment campaigns where required.

About you

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting for lab, production, manufacturing, technical or operations roles is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, screening and candidate engagement skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficient in recruitment systems, job portals and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Proactive, hands-on and target-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in onboarding and employee coordination (preferred).
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and multiple sourcing channels (preferred).
