Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare or lateral hiring requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresher or Minimum 6 +months of experience in Recruitment / Lateral Hiring
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Details

• Working Days: 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Work Mode: 100% Work From Office Ajmer Rajsthan
• Salary: 10,000- 15,000 In-Hand (based on interview performance)
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
