HR recruitment Assistant

a. Posting/listing for open position in Jobstreet, indeed, Social Media or any job portals.

b. Securing approved Hiring Request form from AM/RM

c. Sourcing, pooling and recruiting a selection of qualified applicants to all manpower requests.

d. Endorsing of qualified candidates for the final interview with RM/AM

e. Assisting and guiding the applicants in the hiring process.

f. Doing the recruitment paper screening.

g. Facilitating initial interview.

h. Attending government and school job fairs

i. Gathering of Pre-employment requirements to applicants.

j. Creation of 201 files for new employees hired.

k. Submitting regular reports and other required reports.

l. Preparing and creating a database of applicants.

m. Attending R & E meetings.

n. Performs other duties as assigned.

Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or any business related course

with experience in handling recruitment
