- Collaborates with requesting departments on their recruitment needs.
- Sources applicants through various platforms such as job portals, partnering schools, media facets, and agencies.
- Responsible for recruitment documentation and posting of vacancy.
- Conducts initial interviews and communicates to requesting department for next level interviews.
- Initiates internal or third-party background check of applicant.
- Prepares and ensures the necessary documentation for employee onboarding.
- Facilitates the smooth onboarding and immersion process of new employees.
- Collects and ensures completeness of required pre-employment records.
- Processes the tools needed of the new employee.
- Sends recruitment update weekly report and status monitoring monthly report.
- Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
