HR Recruitment Associate (Project-Based)

Project-Based (3-month Employment)
Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day recruitment support to BSI recruiters in managing hiring requirements.
• Assist in posting job vacancies through appropriate job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate sourcing and pooling based on the qualifications and requirements provided by recruiters.
• Review applications and resumes and conduct initial screening based on established job qualifications.
• Prepare and maintain a pool of qualified and potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Assist recruiters in shortlisting candidates and organizing applicant information for endorsement.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
• Assist in coordinating with PESO (Public Employment Service Office), local employment offices, and other external recruitment partners.
• Support participation in job fairs, recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition activities.
• Assist in establishing school and institutional partnerships/accreditations for recruitment purposes.
• Help prepare recruitment-related reports, monitoring sheets, and other documentation.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferably Fresh Graduate
• Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
