Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source potential candidates through various platforms (Facebook, Indeed, etc.)
• Screen resumes, and conduct initial interview of applicants
• Maintain and update records of employee 201 files
• Conduct onboard trainings for newly hired employees
