QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-5 years degree course.
- With experience background/knowledge in related field, is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Coordinate with department heads to understand and validate manpower requirements (headcount, skills, timelines).
- Monitor agency manpower attendance, replacements, attrition, and redeployment; ensure backfills as needed.
- Validate agency invoices against attendance/approved rates; coordinate approvals and resolve billing discrepancies.
