Key responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified applicants
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews
- Post job vacancies on social media and job portals
- Process pre-employment requirements
- Coordinate onboarding and employee deployment
- Maintain applicant records and recruitment reports
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
- Recruitment experience is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office/Google Workspace
