Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned manpower requirements.
• Source applicants through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen applicants based on job qualifications and client requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers or clients.
• Schedule applicants for interviews, medical examinations, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Prepare and maintain applicant records and recruitment trackers.
• Monitor applicant status from sourcing up to deployment.
• Coordinate with applicants regarding job offers, requirements, schedules, and deployment details.
• Conduct recruitment activities such as job fairs, mass hiring, walk-in interviews, and community recruitment.
• Prepare and submit recruitment reports and manpower updates.
• Coordinate with operations and client representatives regarding manpower requirements and deployment schedules.
• Maintain an active pool of qualified applicants for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of pre-employment requirements.
• Assist in onboarding and deployment activities.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.
