HR RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Handle the full recruitment process from job posting, sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and offer preparation.

·         Coordinate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, company policies, and introduction to the respective departments.

·         Work closely with HODs to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment and placement.

·         Coordinate and monitor employee training, including food handling, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and other operational training.

·         Maintain proper records of recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee information.

·         Follow up on probation, attendance, performance, and employee-related matters with HODs.

·         Assist with employee engagement, HR activities, and other ad-hoc HR tasks as required.

·         Provide general HR support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume or operational recruitment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
