HR Recruitment Executive

Position: HR Recruiter – Real Estate

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates for sales, telecalling, operations, and support roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
• Handle offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and closure requirements.
• Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.
• Support employee onboarding and HR activities when required.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
• Experience in real estate recruitment will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and recruitment portals.
• Good negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.
• Willingness to handle bulk hiring and sales recruitment.
• Positive attitude and good team-player skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
