HR Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, joining, and onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate background verification and other pre-employment checks, where applicable.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and share regular hiring/performance reports.
• Support employee engagement and other HR activities.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies and maintain regular communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Handle other HR and recruitment-related responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
