HR Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter (NON IT) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, source suitable candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill the company's manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates within the given timelines.
• Manage job postings on platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and candidate joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain regular recruitment reports.
• Support other HR activities, including employee documentation and onboarding

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
