HR Recruitment Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
• Post job vacancies on Naukri, WorkIndia, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
• Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and discuss salary expectations.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters and joining dates.
• Collect and verify new employee joining documents.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
