Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidate profiles and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess communication, confidence, skills, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selections, documentation, and joining.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Understand different job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Assist in handling multiple recruitment requirements across BPO, Non-BPO, Sales, Customer Support, IT, and other domains.
• Learn and support various stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly recruitment and sourcing targets.
• Gain practical exposure to HR recruitment, candidate management, interviewing, sourcing, and talent acquisition.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduation pursuing/completed candidates can apply.
• Students pursuing HR/MBA/PGDM or any relevant graduation are welcome.
• Freshers and candidates looking for their first practical HR experience can apply.
• Internship candidates with an interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR are preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment concepts.
• Good interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, social media, and online job portals.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Self-motivated, energetic, target-oriented, and able to work in a team.
