Hr Recruitment Intern

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter Intern to support end-to-end recruitment activities and gain hands-on exposure to the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per role requirements

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and panels

Conduct initial HR video screening calls

Maintain candidate tracker updates

Requirements

Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Office

Eagerness to learn recruitment processes

Good to Have:

Prior internship experience in HR/Recruitment
