HR Recruitment Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job description's qualifications.
• Assist in scheduling interviews, preparing interview schedules, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with hiring managers and applicants.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
