Job Descriptions

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing online screenings.
• Arrange interview with end-user.
• Conduct psychological assessments, reference and background checks.
• Doing the administrative tasks related to recruitment process.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least final year standing in Psychology.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and eager to learn about Recruitment & Selection.
• Proactive, independent, excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with Psychological Test Instruments.
• Must be available for minimum 2 months internship periods.
• Willing to be placed at Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia, Daan Mogot.
