HR RECRUITMENT INTERN

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Intern to assist our HR and Recruitment Team in sourcing applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting daily recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing applicants through job portals and social media.
• Review and screen applicant profiles and resumes.
• Contact applicants and provide job-related information.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and update applicant records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Support the Recruitment Team with daily HR tasks.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Required to complete an internship/OJT.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work well with a team.
• Recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.

Pay: Php6,000.00 - Php10,000.00 per month
