What they need
HR Recruitment Intern
* Assist the HR team in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for open positions.
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
* Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, updates, and next steps.
* Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and records.
* Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
* Assist candidates with the joining process and pre-joining coordination.
* Support the HR team in new employee onboarding, including documentation, induction, and coordination with relevant departments.
* Help ensure a smooth transition for new employees from selection to joining and onboarding.
* Maintain proper recruitment and onboarding documentation.
* Assist the HR team with other recruitment and HR-related activities as required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
