HR Recruitment Intern (Technical Sourcing)

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in identifying top talent through various channels, including social media and job boards.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

• Source candidates using technical skills such as programming languages and software development methodologies.

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Strong understanding of technical sourcing principles and practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an asset.
