Role Description The HR Recruitment Intern Jakarta is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Daily tasks include assisting in interview scheduling, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and helping prepare job postings and recruitment reports. The role also involves supporting onboarding and training coordination for new hires, updating HR documentation, and contributing to recruitment-related administrative tasks. This position offers hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic financial services environment.

• Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training support to assist with onboarding and employee development activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple recruitment tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Proficiency in basic office software and HR-related tools; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in the financial services industry and willingness to learn about brokerage and trading environments.
