HR Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage job postings and ensure roles are clearly and accurately described.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and feedback.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
• Collaborate with HR and department leads on workforce planning and onboarding processes.
• Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in recruitment is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
