What they need
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in high-volume hiring for hotel positions such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, and Security is an advantage.
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding, and pre-employment documentation.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience conducting initial interviews and behavioral-based screening. Experience organizing job fairs, campus recruitment, and local hiring initiatives.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and hiring conversion rates.
- Familiarity with Philippine Labor Code and hiring-related DOLE regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Experience using job portals, social media recruitment, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and coordinate effectively with department heads.
