HR Recruitment/ Payroll

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate.
• 3–5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, or HR operations.
• Experience handling full-cycle recruitment and with experience with U.S. recruitment, preferably California-based hiring.
• Hands-on experience processing weekly, biweekly, or semimonthly payroll.
• Strong knowledge of California wage-and-hour and payroll requirements, including overtime, pay periods, final pay, wage statements, and payroll recordkeeping.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Pomona, California.
