HR Recruitment– Remote

OCCD Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will work completely from home and support hiring for different positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes according to job requirements.

* Call candidates and conduct initial HR screening.

* Shortlist suitable candidates.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews.

* Regularly follow up with candidates until joining.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Post job openings on recruitment portals.

* Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements.

* Handle other HR and recruitment-related work as required.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* HR/Recruitment experience preferred.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

* Comfortable making recruitment calls.

* Able to work independently from home.

* Personal laptop/desktop and stable internet connection are mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, Resume Screening, Interview Coordination or HR Operations will be preferred.

Salary

₹8,000 ₹15,000 per month

Final salary will be decided according to the candidate’s recruitment experience, skills and interview performance.
