HR Recruitment Staff (Heavy Equipment)

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source and screen candidates for specialized roles including heavy equipment operators, diesel mechanics, and field supervisors.
• Compliance & Safety: Coordinate with safety officers to track mandatory certifications, safety orientations, and compliance with local labor and industrial health standards.
• Timekeeping & Payroll: Process daily time records, overtime, and allowances specific to field or remote project assignments.
• Employee Relations: Handle personnel inquiries, grievances, and welfare programs for field and office-based personnel.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate 201 files, employment contracts, and government mandated benefits processing (such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related business course.
• At least 1 year of working experience in general HR administration, preferably within construction, logistics, or heavy equipment industries.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and basic occupational health and safety standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
