Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Understand candidate skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Handle bulk hiring and achieve recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team and clients for hiring requirements.
• Maintain proper candidate documentation and recruitment records.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
