HR RECRUITMENT/GENERALIST
Location: Cebu City
Join our team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Recruitment/Generalist to support our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Prepares SSS, PHIC & Pag-ibig report,
- Coordinates with Department heads for job posting & recruitment
- Updates master list of active employees per month,
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resource Development Management
- With strong background and experience in HR field particularly in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring applicants
- With strong personality and able to do multitasking
- Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Knows how to handle or manage people
- · Atleast 1 year of work-related experience
