**Full Job Description**

Akshu Career, a fast-growing startup consultancy, is hiring an **HR Recruiter** to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across both IT and Non-IT domains for our client requirements.

**Responsibilities**

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT job openings

• Post job openings on various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and manage applications

• Conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds to assess candidate suitability

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding

• Achieve individual and team hiring targets within given timelines

• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and provide regular updates

**Requirements**

• Graduation is mandatory (any stream)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with prior recruitment experience can apply

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and job portals preferred

• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven startup environment

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing talent
