HR Reliever (3 Months)

Location: Sta. Elena Golf Club, Inc.
Santa Rosa, Laguna

Job Summary

The HR Reliever will provide temporary support to the Human Resources Department for a period of three (3) months. The role will assist in clerical and administrative tasks, document filing and organization, recruitment activities, and other HR-related functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in filing, organizing, and properly storing HR documents and employee records.
• Maintain accurate and organized HR files and documentation.
• Assist in key HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and the maintenance of employee records.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Department.
• Help coordinate HR-Related programs, as well as employee engagement activities.
• Provide support in other HR-related activities and daily operations as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information and records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related course.
• Preferably female.
• Computer literate, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of performing clerical and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in Human Resources is an advantage.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work on a three (3)-month temporary reliever assignment.
• Willing to work on holidays.
• Preferably residing in Cabuyao or nearby areas.
• Can start ASAP.
