Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or administration.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Willing to be assigned to both Iloilo and Bacolod sites, alternating every two weeks.
• Result-oriented.
• Organized and systematic in handling employees data file.
• Knowledge in Google docs, sheet and excel is a plus.
• Can work ASAP.
