HR Senior Executive

About the role

This role involves managing recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and offboarding processes. You will maintain and update employee records, handle payroll and leave administration, and support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related issues. You will support the implementation and communication of HR policies, ensuring alignment with company SOPs and statutory requirements, coordinate staff training and development activities, perform HRD grant applications and claims, ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements, and support performance management and appraisal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records
• Handle payroll and leave administration
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related issues

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources management or related qualifications
• Minimum of at least 5 years working experience in HR department with at least 2 years in HR executive capacity
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Sharp organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and a good team player
