HR Senior Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource to support our HR operations and. This role plays a key part in ensuring High performing team where KPI are monitored, company policies are followed, staff records are well maintained, and daily operation tasks run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Functions

• Ensure company policies, procedures, and guidelines are implemented, enforced, and adhered to at all times.
• Provide support in payroll processing, including data preparation and verification.
• Monitor and manage staff attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting training and development programs.
• Support the development of staff career pathways through structured training and learning initiatives.
• Monitor staff Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and assist in disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
• Initiate and coordinate recruitment activities, including onboarding and training of new employees according to their respective roles.
• Prepare, update, and maintain employee employment documentation and staff profiles.
• Handle, update, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the store and organization.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in an HR role or similar position atleast 2 years in retail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Willingness to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently when required
