What your background should look like:
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or related fields
Experience
- 3 years above employee lifecycle management related experience in manufacturing industry, Shared Services experience is preferred
- Experience supporting multinational or multi-country HR operations is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors)
- Strong process mindset, data accuracy focus, and risk awareness
