At Boehringer Ingelheim, we value curiosity, continuous learning, and fresh perspectives. If you enjoy working with people, processes, and data while delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

You should possess strong German and English language skills (min. B2 level) and approximately 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, HR Administration, Shared Services, Payroll, or another HR-related environment. Experience in Payroll & Time Management is an advantage, but most importantly, you are motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow your expertise in this area.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education, preferably in HR or a related field

  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail

  • Experience working with HR systems (such as SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms)

  • Knowledge of German payroll, wage tax, or social security regulations is an advantage, but not essential. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop expertise in these areas

  • A positive approach, with the ability to contribute ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process optimization

  • Proven ability to address complex issues in a solution-oriented working style

  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation

  • Nice to have: working experience with ServiceNow & MS Office (advanced in Excel)

  • Nice to have: working experience in Process Transition & Transformation.

We are looking for people who are curious, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional HR services. If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating across cultures, and continuously improving the way HR supports employees, we encourage you to apply — even if your experience does not match every requirement listed above.
