HR Shared Services Representative (BPO CSR role)

Job Summary:

The HR Solutions Services Associate is responsible for delivering workforce administration and HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. This role manages employee records, HR transactions, onboarding and offboarding activities, and data accuracy while ensuring timely, efficient, and compliant service delivery in accordance with client, company, and regulatory requirements. Depending on the level of responsibility, the Associate may serve as a subject matter expert (SME), provide guidance to HR Operations teams, handle complex transactions and escalations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to support operational excellence.

– HR SOLUTIONS SERVICES ASSOCIATE IV - Performs advanced work, serves as the SME, leads improvements, resolves escalations, and partners with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
more than 1-2 years of working experience in BPO, Human Resource Offshore, or HR Shared Services environment.

Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Employee Central/ SuccessFactors, SAP, SNOW, HRX, SharePoint or other similar tools.

Excellent command in English language.

Attained at least Senior High grad / 2nd year college (old curriculum), or completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
