HR Shared Services Team Lead

About the role

You will deliver first-line HR support and manage employee lifecycle processes for MY-Singapore-based employees, ensuring compliance with policies and data protection while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for employee and manager HR enquiries, escalating complex issues to appropriate parties to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems for new hires, transfers, promotions, and exits to support workforce data integrity
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmations, and other standard HR documents to facilitate onboarding and compliance
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with Singapore HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth employee transitions
• Administer leave, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes in accordance with company policies and Singapore regulatory requirements
• Track service requests, meet agreed turnaround times, and maintain clear case documentation to support operational efficiency
• Prepare routine HR reports and assist with audits, controls, and process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service quality
• Handle employee information confidentially and comply with data protection regulations to safeguard personal data
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes specifically for Singapore-based employees to ensure consistent HR service delivery

About you

• Knowledge of Singapore Ministry of Manpower and employment regulations to ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR administration
• Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes with exposure to Singapore HR practices
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow through on tasks
• Nice to have CEI licence.
