HR Shared Services Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Team Leader to oversee the daily delivery of HR operations supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This role will manage team performance, HR data management, onboarding processes, case management, service quality, and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate has strong people management and HR shared services experience, with hands-on exposure to supporting international candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR Shared Services operations covering talent, onboarding, employee lifecycle, HR data management, and offboarding.
• Manage case distribution, workload planning, team utilization, and task completion.
• Serve as the team's subject matter expert and escalation point for HR process-related concerns.
• Monitor service quality, accuracy, productivity, and SLA achievement.
• Coach and guide team members to improve performance and capability.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development within the team.
• Maintain and improve HR SOPs, processes, systems, and tools.
• Prepare and evaluate reports covering workload, quality, efficiency, and SLA performance.
• Partner with HR stakeholders across different locations and business areas.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in:
• People Management
• HR Management / HR Operations
• End-to-End Employee Lifecycle
• Ticket or Case Management
• Handling international candidates
• Shared Services environment
• Experience leading an HR team within a shared services or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Talent, Onboarding, and Employee Lifecycle Data Management.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS/ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of performance, quality, and SLA/service-level metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Workday or similar ATS/HRIS/ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in HR reporting and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and process improvement skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization.

Work Arrangement

• Location: Inoza Tower, 40th Street, BGC, Taguig City
• Schedule: Mid Shift, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM MNL
• Setup: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
• Flexibility to support CET/AEST schedules when needed.

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
