What they need
The HR Site Assistant is responsible for managing and implementing HR functions at the construction site, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and administrative support to maintain a productive and legally compliant workforce on-site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- With HR internship or working experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and site operations.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
- Amenable to work in Quiapo, Manila
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
