Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Solutions Associate to support our day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and HR documentation. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• HR Documentation: Prepare and maintain employee records, offer letters, appointment letters, policies, and other HR documents.
• Attendance and Leave Management: Maintain attendance records, track leave requests, and assist with related HR activities.
• Payroll Coordination: Help collect and verify attendance, leave, and other employee data required for monthly payroll processing.
• Employee Engagement: Support employee onboarding, team activities, celebrations, and initiatives to improve employee experience.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in maintaining HR policies, employee handbooks, and required documentation.
• Learning and Development: Coordinate training activities and encourage employee learning and development.
• HR Operations: Maintain HR trackers, update employee information, prepare reports, and support process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in HR, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, MBA, BBA, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of HR experience are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks.
• Interest in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
