We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and people-oriented SOURCING ASSISTANT to support our Recruitment Team in finding and attracting qualified candidates. As the company’s HR SOURCING ASSISTANT, you are responsible for:

To be an HR SOURCING ASSISTANT, you are responsible for:

• Conducting the first round screening and phone initial interview for applicants under provincial areas
• Scheduling virtual interview for pre-qualified candidates
• Publishing job advertisements on job posting sites and social media networks to develop candidate database
• Monitoring and managing job portals and platforms to ensure timely posting and tracking of job vacancies
• Responsible with PESO accreditation and job fair coordination

To be an HR SOURCING ASSISTANT, you must be:

• A graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 1 year experience in after sales service
• Computer literate with familiarity in Microsoft Offices
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
