HR Special Projects Executive

About the role

The HR Special Projects Executive will lead and support strategic HR projects and initiatives that drive process improvements, data-driven decision-making, and overall HR effectiveness. The role requires strong project management skills, HR process knowledge, and proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects and special initiatives.
• Coordinate with different HR functions and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Develop, consolidate, and analyze HR reports and workforce data.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
• Support the review and improvement of end-to-end HR processes, from hire to retire.
• Prepare presentations, project updates, dashboards, and management reports.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Ensure accurate documentation and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related projects and assignments as needed.

About you

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering (IE)
• At least 3 years of experience in leading or managing HR projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire).
• Proficient in HR reporting, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
