Full Location: Sofia - BG

We are looking for a HR Specialist-Bulgaria Human Resources Specialist who will play a key role in supporting both the site and the HR team by handling variety of administrative responsibilities, including participation in special projects and acting as a point of contact for HR initiatives.

In This Role You Will

• Assistance in resolving employment-related matters, preparation and processing of documentation.
• Conducting the administrative part of the onboarding training for new employees.
• Administration of employee benefits.
• Participation in the organization of internal events and initiatives.
• Maintaining personnel files in accordance with legal and company requirements.
• Communication with company management regarding HR cases.
• Establishing good practices in labor relations to build positive employer–employee relationships and promote high levels of motivation.
• Termination of employment relationships, including preparation of the necessary documentation and conducting Exit Interviews.
• Supporting payroll-related processes and coordinating with the payroll team when needed.
• Participation in audits.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources (under Bulgarian legislation).
• Proficient and effective English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage processes related to hiring and terminating employment relationships, including determining the correct procedure and preparing the necessary documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, internet, copier, fax and other business machines.
• Ability to exercise discretion and interact effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
