HR Specialist - Chinese Speaker

About The Role In order to enable the strong growth of our company, BYD Europe is looking for an HR Specialist to join our young, international team with a passion for innovation and a can-do attitude.

As a HR Specialist you support the Overseas HR Department and perform a variety of tasks in the field of general talent acquisitions, talent development functions. Job Responsibilities : 2. Employee Relations Management 3.Training and Development 4. Policy Implementation and Compliance Management

• Recruitment and Employee Management
• Responsible for posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews, assisting in the completion of the recruitment process;
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, signing employment contracts, and managing employee records;
• Maintain and update employee information and HR files.
• Handle daily employee relations issues and resolve employee complaints and disputes;
• Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion;
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations and employee development plans, and follow up on execution results.
• Assist in planning and organizing various employee training and development programs;
• Follow up on training effectiveness evaluations and provide improvement suggestions.
• Assist in the implementation and tracking of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance;
• Handle employee offboarding procedures to ensure the legality and standardization of labor contracts.

Required skills, qualifications and experience :

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in human resources or related fields, with experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations preferred;
• Skills:
• Familiarity with Hungarian labor law and relevant regulations;
• Chinese is mandatory, proficiency in English as a working language, Hungarian is a plus;
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT);
• Strong communication, Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage a demanding workload on a daily basis, teamwork skills.
• Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, patient, highly responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
