HR Specialist - Chinese Speaking (ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล)

We are a newly established company backed by a well-established and rapidly growing organization in China. With strong capabilities in AI, IDC and new energy businesses, we are expanding into Southeast Asia and building a high-impact regional team.

Role Overview:

As our pioneer HR in Thailand, you will play a critical role in building the organization from the ground up. You will be mainly engaged in talent acquisition, C&B and daily translation task.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: partner with departments to define hiring needs, develop and maintain recruitment channels, independently handle resume screening, interview scheduling, initial interviews, salary negotiations, and offer follow-ups; regularly produce recruitment metrics and maintain the talent pool.

· Additionally, handle monthly payroll calculation, social security (SSO) registration, and personal income tax filing. Provide Chinese–Thai interpretation and translation (localizing headquarters policies and documents). Support basic HR operations such as employee onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 2 years of HR or translation related work experience.

· Fluent in Chinese and Thai (working language level); English proficiency sufficient for daily affairs.

· Familiar with Thai labor protection law, social security (SSO), and payroll procedures. Proficient in Excel.

· Detail-oriented and meticulous with a strong sensitivity to data. Good cross-cultural communication awareness and confidentiality sense. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
