What they need
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Receive, evaluate, and investigate employee complaints, violations, and misconduct cases.
- Conduct administrative investigations in accordance with due process and company policies.
- Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), administrative case reports, and other disciplinary documents.
- Facilitate administrative hearings, conferences, and employee counseling sessions.
- Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions based on investigation findings and company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads and managers regarding employee disciplinary concerns and case resolutions.
- Maintain complete, confidential, and accurate records of disciplinary cases and investigations.
- Monitor the progress and closure of disciplinary cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with legal counsel or external agencies regarding sensitive employee relations cases.
