HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations across multiple school units
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, Company Regulation & SOP
• Support recruitment processes, including manpower planning, hiring coordination, and onboarding as well as offboarding
• Oversee employee administration (attendance, leave, contracts, personnel records)
• Guide and supervise HR staff, including task delegation and performance monitoring
• Act as a liaison between school management and employees
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management
• Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Master's degree (S2) in Psychology

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with teachers, staff, school leaders, and management

• Highly tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital file/folder management systems

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle a high volume of work and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, including team supervision, task delegation, and positive influence on team performance

• Professional attitude and appearance, suitable for an educational environment (smart, neat, and presentable)

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Experience in HR operations, preferably in education or multi-unit organizations, is an advantage

• Willing to be placed in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta

• Having a Responsible to Life attitude
